Delta Force 2 Mission Editor. This one runs independantly of DF2 Full, so if you only have demo and want to make some maps this is it. Just put it in your DF2 demo folder and run it.
This is the Comanche 4 Mission Editor but it is pretty much the same as the DFMed that comes with DF2 Full, except it has a wireframe profile view which makes stacking objects easier. It only supports Deathmatch / Team Deathmatch / Capture the Flag game types. Includes C4 MIS to DF2 MIS converter.
(check Collision Models to see the wire frame of building / objects etc when you start a new map)
